ORDINANCE NO. 2815
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF 'l\10UNT 'PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIlE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT t COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of !vlount
Prospect of 1957, as amended t be and the same is hereby further amended t by
increasing the number of Class "E" Liquor Licenses by one (1); so that hereafter
the said Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
"
SECTION 13.107. Number of Licensgs. There shall be issued in the
Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Six (6)
(b) Fifteen (15)
(c) Seven (7)
(d) Two (2)
(e) One (1)
(f) Two (2)
(g) One (1)
(h) Eight (8)
(i) None
G) Three (3)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Lisences
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class M License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class W Licenses

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage t approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
