ORDINANCE NO. 2823
AN ORDINANCE All/fENDING THE:
MOUNT PROSPECT PLUMBING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 2 of Subsection B of Section
iT. 105 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957. as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding thereto an additional Sub-
subparagraph to delete and prohibit the use of plastic pipe in underground build-
ing drains as the use thereof is currently permitted in the B.O.C.A. Basic Plumbin
Code; so that hereafter the said Sub-subparagraph, Sub-subparagraph 2), shall be
and read as follows:
"
2) In Section P-405.2.2, delete the words 'or Schedule 40 plastic pipe.
The administrative authority may permit the use of the other approved
material. ' "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage. approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
