ORDINANCE NO. 2825
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A CLASS "P"
LIQUOR LICENSE AND REDUCING THE
NUMBER OF CLASS "R" LICENSES BY ONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Sectien 13.106 of the Municipal Cede ef Meunt Prespect ef
1957, as amended, be and the same is further amended by adding to. the said
Sectien 13.106 an additienal paragraph to. establish a new license classificatien
fer a "packaged wine and beer" license; so. that hereafter the said additienal
paragraph in Sectien 13. 106 shall be and read as fellews:
It
Class 'P' license, which shall autherize the licensee to. sell and
effer fer sale at retail in the premises specified for such license,
wine and beer in the eriginal and non-refrigerated package anly.
1. Censumptien af wine and/er beer (as well as samplings
thereaf) up en the licensed premises is strictly prahibite'd.
2. The annual fee there far shall be $850. "
SECTION TWO: That Sectian 13.107 af the Municipal Cade af Mount Prespectef
1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended to. previde fer ene
(1) Class "P" liquer license and to. reduce the number ef Class "R It licenses by
ene (1); so. that hereafter the said Sectian 13.107 shall be and read as fellaws:
"
SECTION 13. 107. Number af Licenses. There shall be issued in
the Village af Meunt Praspect no. mere than:
(a) Six (6)
(b) Fifteen (15)
(c) Seven (7)
(d) Two. (2)
(e) One (1)
(f) Two. (2)
(g) One (1)
(h) One (1)
(i) Seven (7)
G) Nene
(k) Three (3)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class M Licen se
Class P License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class VI Licenses
