THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SE~TION ONE: That an land and territory legally described as follows: All of Pickwick Commons (excepting Lot 23 thereof). being a Subdivis:lon of part of Lot 1 in Linneman's Division in the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section. 14, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian; together with the West 550.00 feet, as measured on the North and South lines, of Lot 1 in Linneman's Pivision in the West half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 14; together with the East 522.90 feet, as me"asured on the North and South lines, of Lot 2 in Linneman's Div'isiol1 in the West half of the Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township B.nd Range aforesaid; together with that part of Linneman Road lying North of the North line of Dempster Street and. lying South of the North line of the , South 477 . 78 feet of said Section 14; together with that part of Dempster Street lying East of the West line of Linneman Road and lying West of th.€ East line of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 14 and lying West of the East line of the West half of the Northea$t quarter of Section 23, aU :in Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian ~ in Cook County.
