AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE IvIUNICIPAL CODE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAG
\ . -
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the M'llnidpa
Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended , be and the same is hereby further
amended by increasing the number of Class "V" Liquor Licenses by one (1); so
that hereafter the said Subsection A shall be and read as follows:
" SECTION 13. 107 . Number of Licenses.
A. There shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Six (6)
(b) FUteen (15)
(c) Seven (7)
(d) Two (2)
(e) One (1)
(f) Two (2)
(g) One (1)
(h) One (1)
(i) Seven (7)
(j) One (1)
(k) Three (3)
Class A Licenses
ClassB Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class M License
Class P License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class W License "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and afta ~
itspassage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
