ORDINANCE NO. 2854_
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE rvIUNlq,IPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT ANt> BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAG.
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Municip 1
Code of :Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by increasing the number of Class "WI! Liquor Licenses by one (1); so
that hereafter the said Subsection A shall be and read as follows:

SECTION 13. 107 . Number of Lic~ns~s.
A. There shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Six (6)
(b) Fifteen (15)
(c) Seven (7)
(d) Two (2)
(e) One (1)
(f) Two (2)
(g) One (1)
(h) One (1)
(i) Seven (7)
(j) One (1)
(k) Four (4)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class M License
Class P License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class W License

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and aft
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
