AN ORDINANCE AMENDING }IIAP 7-S OF THE ZONING.
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MQP-NT. PRQSP:E:C;T
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct
8- public hearing under Case No. 85-Z-78, on the 21st day of Decembel', 1978, on
8 request for a zoning classification change from 1-1 (Light Industrial) District
to B-3 (Business-Retail and Service) District of certain property hereinafter de-
scribed; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the
manner provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appe~ls of the Village of M:ount Prospect has recom-
mended to the Presid~nt and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
that the petitioner's request under said Case No. 85-Z-78 be granted; and
WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the approval
thereof to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect;
and
WHERF..AS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be
attained by the adoption of the following Ordinances regarding the subject pro-
perty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF 'J~HE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, iLLINOIS:
~.ECT!QN ONE: That Map 7-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount
Pl"OSpect ,. as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by reclassify-
ing from 1--1 (Light Industrial) District to B-3 (Business-Retail and Servic'3)
Distr-ict the following described. property:
Lot 1 of Wille's Consolidation plat of lots 2 to 12, both inclusive, in
block 2 in Busse and Wille's resubdivision in Mount Prospect, a Sub-
division in the west half of section 12, township 41 north, range 11,
east of the third principal meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
SECTION TWQ: That Map 7-S contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410,
passed arid approved March 20 , 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conform
with the reclassification of the subject property herein contained in SECTION
ONE above.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force
and effect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, publication, and such
time as an accurate plat resubdividing the said parcel described in SECTION
ONE hereinabove is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois;
a copy of which plat of resubdivision shall be attached hereto and hereby made
