A. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit A)
This ordinance amends section 18.136 “Towing and Storage of Improperly
Parked Vehicles” to included those vehicles in violation of a leased parking space.

B. Seek Authorization for Staff to enter into negotiations with ARC Disposal for a new
multi-year Solid Waste contract to commence January 1, 2006
