WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of 1'I'!ount Prospect did conduct a p11blic hearing under Case No. 81-Z-78, on the 21st day of Deeernber, 1978, on a request for a zoning classification change from B.-I (Single Family Residence) District to B-.2 (Business-Financial Offices) District of certain property herein-- after described; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the manner provided by law; and WHEH.EAS. the Zoni.ng Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has recom- mended to the President and BOl!rd of T.. rustees of the Village of :Mount Prospect that the petitioner's request under said Case No . 87"-Z-78 be granted; and WHEREAS. the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the app'roval thereof to the President and Board of Trustees of theVillqge of Mount Prospect; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of l\!ount Prospect have determined that the be~~ int~rests o~ t,h.? YUl,age of Mount Prospect will be attnined by the adoption of the following Ordinances regarding- the subject pro-- perty; NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGIi: QF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ~ECTION Q~_E: l'flqt, ~1ap 23-N of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount PrOBpect. as amended. be and the same is hereby further amended by reclassify-' ing- from R-l (Single Family Residence) District to B-2 (Busim'lss-Fincmdal Offices) District the following described property; The West 1/2 of the following described property: The South 332, feet as measured along the West line thereof of that part of the East 1/2 of the SIV 1/4 of Section 27. Township 42 North.
