AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2778

"HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet
n the 25th day of January, 19'79, at the hour- of 8: 00 p.In'f at the Public~a.fety
uilding Boardroom and did hear Case No. i-SU -79, pursuant to proper legal

VHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prosp'ect did hear thi
equest to permit an amendment to Ordinance No. 2778 in order to allow the continue
se of a small animal clinic located upon the property which is the subject matter
f Case No. 1-SU-79; and
VHEREAS; the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did recomme
o the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect th
pproval of this request under Case No. 1--SU-79; and
'lHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
rospect did meet on February 14, 1979, and did review the recommendations of the
oning Board of Appeals in Case No. 1-8U -79; and

HEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
'rospect have recommended that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
rospect concur in the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals under said
ase No. 1-8U-79; and
\7HEREAS t the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
ave reviewed the matter herein and have determined that the same is in the best
nterests of the Village of Mount Prospect;
TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS;
'ECTION ONE: That SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2778 passed and approved
pril 4, 1978 s be amended in its entirety, so that hereafter said SECTION ONE of
rdinance No. 2778 shall be and read. as follows:
11 SECTION Ol'ol'"E: That property being the subject matter of Case No. 8-'SU-78,
being legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Center's Subdfvisionof part of tot A in Woodview
Manor Unit Number Twot being a subdivision of part of the
southeast quarter of Section 24 t Township 42 North, Range
LL East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County ,
illinois,
is currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect
as B-3 (Business-Retail and Service District), which zoning classification
shall remain in full force and effect .- provided that, pursuant to Article VII
of the ~.iount Prospect ZonIng Ordinance, a special use permit is :1ereby granted
