WHEREAS. the Zoning Boar': cf Appeds of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct
18 public hearing under CaSE' No. 80--2,-78, on the 16th day of November. 1978. on a
request for a zoning clesëific8tloI". ch,:mge Í1'om R-X (Single Family Residence)
District to 1-1 (Light Inè.usÌl'ìal) District cf certain property hereinafter described;
and
WHEREAS. a notice of the 8[ore801c\ pl:blic h~aring was made and published in the
manner provided by law; and
HEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has recom-
endeq. to the Presidènt and Board of Trustees of thA Village of Mount Prospect that
he petitioner's request under suid Case No. 80-Z-78 be granted; and

HEREAS. the Building Commlttee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
rospect has reviewed the matter he:r:'cin and has recommended the approval thereof
0 the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and
HEREAS. the President and Board of 1 rustees of the Village of Mount Prospect

rdinance of the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended. be and the same is here-
y further amended by reclassi1yíng from R-X (Single Family Residence) District
1-1 (Light Industrial) District the following described property:
That part of Section 23. Township 41 North. Range 11. East of the
Third Principal Meridian bounded and described as follows: Com-
mencing at the South East corner of the South West 1/4 of said Sec-
tion 23; thence West along the South line of said South West 1/4
8 distance of 410ft; thence North a distance of 670. 7 ft; thence West
along a line 670.7 ft North of and parallel with said South line to 8
point 586.25 ft. as measured on said parallel line. East of the West
line of said South West 1/4; thence North a distance of 8GO ft; thence
