AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 32-N OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, public hearings were held on petitioners request under
Case No. 83-Z':'78, to rezone the below described property from R-X (Single
Family Residence) District to B-3 (Business - Retail and Service) District
before the Mount Prospect Zoning Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, said public hearings were held pursuant to proper publication
notices; and
WHEREAS the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect recommended the approval of petitioners request for rezoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Map 32-N of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
reclassifying from R-X (Single Family Residence) District to B-3 (Business-
Retail and Service) District the following described property;

Lot Twenty Four (24) in Alten's Euclid Ave. Subdivision of that
part of the South 133.5 feet of the Northeast Quarter (!) of
Section 25, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, lying West of a line drawn at right angles
to the South line of said Northeast Quarter (!) at a point 347.56 feet
West of the center line of River Road; also that part of the North
Half G) of the Northeast Quarter (!) of the Southwest Quarter cn
of said Section 25, lying North of the North line of the South 18! rods
thereof; also that part of the Southeast Quarter (!) of said Section 25
lying North of the North line of the South 18! roads of the North
40 rods of said Southeast Quarter (!) (excepting therefrom that
part thereof heretofore dedicated for R,oads) .

SECTION TWO: That Map 32-N contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance 2410,
passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to
conform with the reclassification of the subj ect property herein contained
in SECTION ONE above.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, 'and publication in the manner
provided by law.
