ORDINANCE NO. 2903
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEGAL AGE FOR
PB:RSO NS OBTAINING ALCORO LI CLIQ'UO:R
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Paragraph 1 of Subsection A of Section 13.121 of the
I Mpnicipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same
I is hereby further amended in its entirety to prohibit sales of packaged goods to
persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years; so that hereafter the said Para-
graph 1 shall be and read as follows:
"
Subsection A. of this Section does not. apply to the sale, gift or
delivery of beer and wine in other than the original package
to persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years but at least
nineteen (19) years of age; nor shall Subsection A of this
Section apply to any persons under the age of twenty-one
(21) years but at least nineteen (19) years of age while such
person is performing the duties of his employment as employee
or agent of any such licensee. "

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
