ORDINANCE NO. 2904
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
MOUNT PROSPECT TRAFFIC CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.1320 A qf Article XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic
Code) of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be. and the same
is hereby. amended by deleting therefrom Subsection 18.1320 A and sub-
stituting in its place a new Subsection 18.1320 A 1 and 2, which said new
Subsections shall hereafter be and read as follows:

II 1. , No person shall park any automobile or other vehicle for
more than two (2) hours between the hours of 7: 00 A.M.
and 6: 00 o'clock P.M. on any day except Sundays and legal
holidays on any streets or areas or portions thereof listed
on Schedule XI A of the Appendix of this Chapter. which
Schedule XI A is incorporated herein by this reference

SECTION TWO: That Schedule XI of Artic~e XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be. and the same is
hereby. amended by deleting the present Schedule XI and substituting
therefor new Schedules XI A and XI B, which said new Schedules sh-all
hereafter be and read as follows:
"SCHEDULE XI A. Two Hour Parking

In accordance with Section 18.1320 A 1. and when signs are' erected
giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for more
than two (2) hours on any day except Sundays and legal holidays
between the hours of 7: 00 A.M. and 6: 00 P.M. within the district
or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:
