AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNT PROSPECT
TRAFFIC CODE
BE IT ORDAI~ED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUST~ES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: .
SECTION ONE: That ~£ß.e_<!J1I~_lQ",.Ir qLArtiçleJŒ 9tÇhapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the MuriiCipe.lCo(Ie-of tJ:l(~Vi1fäg(rõf Mõunt Pr{)spect be, and the same is .
hereby amended by eliminating the prohibition of Darking on the north
side of Henry Street between Main and Wille Streets by deleting from said
Schedule XI B the following line as it appears in said Schedule under the
following column heading.

SECTION TWO: That Schedl1J~YULQf,Article XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mou:iifp'rõšpect be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding to the present Schedule VIII under the column
headed "Name of Street" of said Sche<111I~, the street called "Henry Street"
in its proper alphabetical sequence and under the column headed "Side of
Street" of s~d Sch.edule the word, "NQrth.~ 9Pposite Henry Street, as it appears
in said Schedule, and under the column headed "Hours Prohibited" of said
Schedule, the hours "7: 00 a.m. to 6: 00 p.m. - Monday thru Friday inclusive"
opposite to Henry Street, as it appears in said Schedule, the phrase "Btw. Main
and Wille Stre~ts"opposite Henry Street, so that said addition shall hereafter
be and read as follows: .
