ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE
, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 2. 202C8d of Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby, amended by deleting
the name "Judiciary" from the list of com~ittees set forth in said Section 2.202C8
and substituting therefor the name If Legislative/ Judiciary If , so that said
Section 2. 202C8d shall hereafter be and read as follows:
d. Legislative/ Judiciary
SECTION TWO: Section 2. 204A1d of Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby, amended by deleting
I therefrom the name "Judìciary" from the list of commìttees set forth in said
Section 2.204A1d and substituting therefor the name IfLegislative/Judiciarylf,
so that said Section 2. 204A1d shall hereafter be and read as follows:
d. Legìslative/ Judiciary
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
