RESOLUTION NO.
23 - 80
1\'HEREAS, it is the wish of the Village of J.1ount Prospect, a
~unicipal corporation, to file an appliéation for a federal
grant for preparation of Sé3.Ilité3.ry se\,rer rehabilitation plans
and specifications under 40 CFR, Part 35, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a representative for
the Village in connection with the said application.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Terrance L. Burghard, Village 1'1anager,
is designated as the representative of the yiJ,:LÇlge of Mount
Prospect for the purpose of filing an application for a feèeral
grant for the above referenced project under 40 CFR, Part 35,
and that he is further ÇluthQriz'eg .ëiI1d .eJ:TIPO\-Jered to do all
necessary things and take all necessa+y steps in connection
with said application.
