RESOLUTION REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FACILITIES PLAN
Whereas regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection
Agency for grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR
/
35 E, require that the
VILLAGE
of
MOUNT PROSJ:>ECT'
prOvide
assurance that the Faci+ity Plan will be implemented; therefore, be
it resolved that the VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT hereby
provides assurance that the recommendations contained in the Facilities
Plan will be implemented consistent with the National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES Permit) to be issured
pursuant to Section 402 of the FQPCA of 1972.
The
VILLAGE
of MOUNT PROSPE~T
hereby acknowledges that
implementation of the Facilities Plan represents a commitment to conduct
the assigned responsibilities as a management agency pursuant to the
State and Areawide Water Quality Management Plans.
