RESOLUTION NO.4~- -80
A RESOLUTION MAKING CERTAIN APPROPRIATION
TRANSFERSWITHINTßE 1980=81 BUDGET
WHEREAS, on April 15, 1980,' the President and Board of Trustees passed
and approved Resolution Nõ. 17-80 of the ViÌlage of Mount Prospect entitled
"A Resolution Adopting the Annual Budget, 1980=SI";a.:rid
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 17-80 of the VilIage provided, in the Water and
Sewer Fund, a line item in the amount of $40,000.00 entitled "Share of
Oversizing Water Main Cost" (Account No .53-0702-9798); . and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that of
the amount of $40,000.00 budgeted in the Water and Sewer Fund as the share
of oversizing water main cost, $15,000.00 remains budgeted but unexpended
and will not be needed or expended for such purpose; and'
WHEREAS, the proceeds of special s~rvice area bonds for Mount Prospect
Special Service Area Number One, Prospect Meadows, were deposited in
Account No. 54-060102-9799; and
WHEREAS, the entire sum of $220,000.00 in the Special Service Area
Number One Construction Fund, Prospect Meadows, has been expended and
there is an additional $4,510.13 in construction costs that are chargeable
to the said construction fund; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that it
is in the best interests of the residents of the Village that the sum
of $4,510.13 be transferred from Account No. 53-0702-9798, Share of
Oversizing Water Main Cost, to Account No. 54-060102-9799, Special
Service Area Number One Construction Fund, Prospect Meadows.
. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ,COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 01{E: Th.Ei( annu~l budget of the Village of Mount Prospect for the
fiscal yea!' 1980-81 be and it is hereby amended by reducing the amount
budgeted in Account No. 53=0702-9798, Share of Oversizing Water Main
Cost, from $40,000.00 to $35,489.87 and by increasing the amount budgeted
in Account No. 54-060102-9799, Special Service Area Number One Construction
Fund, Prospect Meadows, from $220,000.00 to $224,510.13.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in fulI force and effect from and
