VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
RESOLUTION NO. 6-81
RESOLUTION REGARDING FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CAPABILITIES AND PROPERTY AVAILABILITY
Whereas, regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency
for grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CPR 35 E, require
that the Village 6f Mount Prospect has agreed to pay non-grant costs and
that the Village of Mount Prospect has capability to construct, operate, and
maintain treatment works project C17 2238, tñerefore, be it resolved th~t:
Resolved this
VOTE -
1)
the Village of Mount Prospect agrees to pay the non-grant
costs for project C17 2238, which agreement is hereby pro-
vided.
2)
the Village of Mount Prospect provides a certificate of the
financing which is available or will be available for con-
struction of project C17 2238, which certification is attached
hereto.
3)
the Villagé of Mount Prospect provides a certificate of the
sites, rights-of-way, and easements which areavailable or will
be available for project C17 2238, which certification is attacheè
hereto.
4)
the Village of Mount Prospect provides a certificate of the
legal capability to insure adequate construction, operation,
and maintenance of the treatment works project C17 2238, which
certification is attached hereto.
