RESOLUTION FOR WELLER CREEK CHANNEL
IMPROVEMENT FROM WILLIAM STREET TO
SCHOOL STREET
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect has applied for a permit
to improve the Weller Creek channel between William Street and
School Street by reshaping the banks and adding bank stabiliza-
tion materials; and
WHEREAS, a requirement for said application is the passage of
a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute said application
for a permit; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect believes it to be in the
best interests for such a resolution to be passed allowing the
Mayor to execute said application;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Board of Trustee
of the Village of Mount Prospect as follows:
Section 1: That the Village of Mount Prospect has applied for
a permit to improve the Weller Creek channel as described above
and that said application be and is hereby approved. A true and
correct copy of said application is attached to this resolution.
Section 2: That the Mayor and Clerk of the Village of Mount
Prospect are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
application of behalf of the Village of Mount Prospect and
supply all necessary parties with a certified copy of this
resolution.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by.. law.
