A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVES
FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO THE BOARD OF DffiECTORS
AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE NORTHWEST SUBURBAN
. MUNICIPAL JOINT ACTION WATER AGENCY
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospe t
have passed Ordinance No. 3081, which Ordinance approved the Northwest
Municipal Joint Action Water Agency Agreement; and

V'v'HEREAS, said Agreement requires alternates representatives to be appointed
to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Northwest Suburban
Municipal Joint Action VI,Yater Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTE S
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

SECTION ONE: That the 1'\'1ayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
.Mount Prospect hereby appoint Gerald L. Farley a8 the alternate representativ
on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action
Water Agency with full authority and responsibility of a regular Board membe
for the purpose of participating in discussion and voting upon decisions
of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency in the
absence of the Mayor of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect hereby appoint Edward A. Geick as the alternate representativ
on the Executive Committee of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint
Action Water Agency with full authority and responsibility of a regular Board
member for the purpose of participating in discussion and voting upon decision
of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency in the absence
of the Village Manager of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
