II~EREAs, regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
!regarding grants for construction of sewage treatment works 40
¡CFR 35 E, require that the Village of Mount Prospect must develo'
and implement a sewer user charge for the sewer collection syste,
I for which application has been made for Step 2 and Step 3 grant
assistance.

I, Nm'¡, THEREFORE, be it re so 1 ved by the Mayor and Board of
¡of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
I¡SECTION ONE: The Village of Mount Prospect agrees to develop
,¡and implement a sewer user charge for the sewer collection syste
I owned and maintained by the Village of Mount Prospect.
I SECTION TWO: The Village of Mount Prospect must receive approva
from the Regional Administrator as outlined in 40 CFR Part 35
¡Section 35.929 Rules and Regulations before award of Step 3 gran
¡assistance.
