RESOLUTION NO.
7-82
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect desire to enter into an agreement with the
Illinois Department of Transportation setting forth the
regulations for maintaining traffic signals within the
corporate limits of the Village of Mount Prospect; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUS E
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
and Village Clerk to attest her signature, on the Master
Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation
setting for the regulations for maintenance of traffic
signals within the corporate limits of the Village of
Mount Prospect, which Master Agreement is attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner'
provided by law.
