RESOLUTION NO. 18-83
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2342,
which sets the finances of the Village under the "Budget
Officer System"; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid Ordinance and the statutes
of the State of Illinois made and provided, an annual budget
shall be pass~d by the corporate authorities of the. Village
of Mount Prospect in lieu of the passage of any appropriation.

¡WHEREAS, the Mayor and Boar~ of Trustees of the Village of
IMount Prospect have held all of the public hearings and did
cause publications of notices of said hearings, ~s required
by law; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of
Mount Prospect have reviewed the budget for
as presented by the Village Manager and his
Budget Officer; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect believe the aforesaid budget proposed for
fiscal 1983-84 to be in the best interests of the Village of
Mount Prospect.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOill1T PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: ~hat the fiscal 1983-84 budget for the Village
of Hount Prospect, Illinois, attached hereto and hereby
made a part thereof as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby
adopted and approved.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
