RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
FOR SERVICES EXTENDED BY
E. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON
HEREAS, E. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON did serve as Trustee of
the Village of Mount Prospect from May, 1971 through
ay, 1981; and
HEREAS, during those years E. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON did
give generously of his time, experience, expertise, and
sincere interest in the Village of Mount Prospect; and
HEREAS, in December, 1982, E. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON was
called upon to temporarily fill a vacancy on the Village
oard and, having accepted the call, the Village once
again benefited from the expertise, knowledge and interest
in the Village that E. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON brought to the
illage Board.
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
RUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
I ECTION ONE: That by this Resolution, the Mayor and Board of
rustees of .the Village of Mount Prospect express to
. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON on behalf of all of the residents of
he Village their gratitude to him for his devotion, knowledge,
xpertise, and devoted additional service as Village Trustee.
ECTION TWO: That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon
he Mlnutes of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
ount Prospect as a perpetual memento and that a signed copy
f this Resolution be delivered to E. F. "BUD" RICHARDSON.
ECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force
nd effect from and after its passage and approval in the
anner provided by law.
