ORDINANCE NO. 4969 .
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004 of "Schedule IV- Stop And Yield Signs" of Chapter
18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto in proper alphabetical sequence '~Vhitegate Drive - East and Westbound - at Cathy
Ln."; so that hereafter said Section 18.2004 B. of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall
include the following:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Whitegate Drive East and Westbound Cathy Ln."
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2004 of "Schedule IV - Stop and Yield Signs of Chapter
18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto in proper alphabetical sequence "Prendergast Ln.- Eastbound - Meier Rd.."; so that
hereafter said Section 18.2004 A. of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include the
following:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Prendergast Ln. Eastbound Meier Rd."
SECTION THREE: That Section 18.2004 of "Schedule IV - Stop And Yield Signs" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto in proper alphabetical sequence "Chris Ln. - Westbound - Meier Rd."; so
that hereafter said Section 18.2004 A. of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include the
following:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Chris Ln. Westbound Meier Rd."

SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
