Call to Order 9:07 am
Members in Attendance Christina Greco, Maura Drews, Tarina Wimmer, Mike Cassady, Brian Lambel,
Haley Schechter, Vicki Busse, Jill Friedrichs and Teresa VanOpdorp
Members Absent Sandy DiCaro, Brenda SaNvver, Fred Steinmiller and Paul Sells
Guests Blayke VanOpdorp, Cole VanOpdorp and Trent VanOpdorp
Motion to accept the Minutes from September 7, 2019 SEC meeting made by Christina Greco,
seconded by Vicki Busse.
Motion to accept the Financial Report as presented made by Jill Friedrichs, seconded by Tarina
Wimmer. Discussion: Clarification that all expense reimbursement requests should go through Teresa
VanOpdorp including any past bike ride expenses. Motion approved unanimously.
Christkindlemarket Will be November 27th, set-up at 3:00 pm, event runs from 4:00 until 7:00. SEC
volunteers Nvill be needed that day. Vendor applications are coming in, many are asking for two tables.
Ornaments for the"tree"family have been ordered and Nvill be given to Wendy Lambel for
personalization.
VoMP Gala
-Sponsorship forms Nvere distributed.
-The committee Nvould like an updated business list from the village.
-Who are new potential sponsors the committee could contact?
-Teresa Nvill set-up sponsor spreadsheet and an email chain.
-Fundraising goal$15,000.
-Spend only$10,000 on band.
-Upcoming village newsletter Nvill have the invitation form.
-Nomination forms Nvill be shared throughout social media this Nveek.
-Slim cards and posters Neill be forthcoming.
-Decorations have been discussed and Nvork Neill begin on their creation.
-Meal tasting at Cotillion.
-Connect N ith Hubby in the Doghouse for late night treat.
