GOLF ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT ILLINOIS WHEREAS, David Daly ("Petitioner), is seeking a conditional use to allow for a massage therapy establishment for property located at 1701 W. Golf Road and legally described as: THAT PART OF: LOT 1 IN GOLF-BUSSE CONSOLIDATION RESUBDIVISION, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1 AND 2 IN GOLF-BUSSE SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR HOME RULE POWERS: SECTION ONE: That the recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect.
