Information
In March 2019,after being in business for 25 years, Lucyna's Goldfin ger's Spa closed their doors. Finance department
did receive a Transfer Stamp for 401 W. Prospect Ave. Currently there is no occupancy of the building and no further
information.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval so as to maintain an accurate number of liquor licenses.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That in accordance with Subsection A of Section 13.108 of Chapter 13 of the Village Code
of Mount Prospect, as amended, the Corporate Authorities shall determine the number of Liquor Licenses
available in each Classification and shall establish a list specifying the number of Liquor Licenses
authorized. Said list is hereby amended decreasing the number of Class "S-6" Liquor Licenses by One
(1) Lucyna's Goldfingers European Spa Inc. d/b/a Lucyna's Goldfinger Spa located at 401 W.
PROSPECT AVE. Said list is as follows:
