Wimmer, Fred Steinmiller and Brenda Sawyer
Absent Sandy DiCaro, Vicki Busse, Haley Schechter Winkler, Mike Cassady and Maura Drews

Secretary's Report
*No Report
Finance Review
*Financial Statement was presented to members. Motion to accept Financial Report as
presented made by Christina Greco, seconded by Tarina Wimmer. No further discussion.
Motion approved unanimously.
4th of July Parade
*Maura will be filling in for Christina who will be in Italy. Tarina and Vicki will be unavailable
*Brian schedule meeting with Chief Koziol regarding barricades
*Bands participating to date: Celebration Brass, Prairie Brass, Prospect Marching Knights,
Proviso West Marching Band for a total cost of$5,750. Potential bands/entertainment: Hillbilly
Rockstarz, Seet Music, Elite Striders Drill Team, Crystal Lake Strikers, Fanferan DBC
*Mount Prospect Lions Club would like to be last unit - will have signage about following them to
the fest.
*Have heard nothing from the Chicago Bears (retired) Band.
*Still waiting to hear from New Generation Fancy Drill Team, Chicago Metro Brass, Dundee Scots,
St. Paul Worship Music, Kevin Purcell and the Root Doctors.
Family Bike Ride
Will be Saturday, August 17th.
