CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Farley called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M. CALL TO ORDER

Present upon roll call: Mayor Gerald Farley
Trustee Richard Hendricks
Trustee Paul Hoefert
Trustee Irvana Wilks
Absent: Trustee George CIowes
Trustee Timothy Corcoran
Trustee Michaele Skowron
CLOSED SESSION
Trustee Hoefert, seconded by Trustee Hendricks, moved to go CL~3SED
into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing property SESSION
disposition.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Hendricks, Hoefert, Wilks, Farley
Nays: None
Motion carried.
The Board went into Closed Session at 6:10 P.M.
Mayor Farley recovened the meeting at 7:20 P.M.

ADJOURN ADJOURN
