A RESOLUTION APPOINTING
A DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO THE

WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect adopted the Contract and By -Laws of the
Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency by Ordinance and thereby became a member of said
cooperative; and
WHEREAS, said contract provides that member units of local government shall by majority vote
of its corporate authorities select one (1) person to represent that body on the Board of Directors of said
Intergovernmental Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Village previously appointed David O. Erb as the delegate and he is no longer
available; and
BE IT RESOLVED by the CORPORATE AUTHORITIES, of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook
County, Illinois, as follows:
Sectio, Lynn M. Jarog, Deputy Director of Finance, of the Village of Mount Prospect, is hereby
appointed to represent the Village of Mount Prospect on the Board of Directors of said Intergovernmental
Risk Management Agency commencing April 12, 2019,
Section 2. Michael Cassady, Village Manager of the Village of Mount Prospect, will remain
the alternative representative to serve if Lynn M. Jarog is unable to carry out her aforesaid duties
as the representative of the Village of Mount Prospect to said Intergovernmental Agency.
PASSED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, this 3rd day of April, 2019,
