Public Content Information Attached is a Resolution for Improvement under the Illinois Highway Code ( LR 09110) in the amount of $35,051. This resolution authorizes the expenditure of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds for the Randview Highlands Streetlight Improvements Project Phase 1 design and construction engineering services. Last year, the Village Board awarded a contract to Baxter & Woodman, Inc. of Crystal Lake, Illinois in the amount of $35,051 to provide referenced professional services for the first phase of the Randview Highlands Streetlight Improvements Project. The source of revenue for this project is the MFT fund. Illinois Department of Transportation regulations require local agency adoption of this resolution prior to the expenditure of MFT funds. Funds for this proposed expenditure are available in the Village's local MFT account balance. Alternatives 1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the expenditure of MFT funds for the Randview Highland Streetlight Improvements Project Phase 1 design and construction engineering services. 2. Action at discretion of Village Board.
