The opinions of those present indicated that we should plan to go to France after September 15, 2019. c. We need to purchase new banners and will need to get the dimensions. One student met the host family, but there was no exchange, so another attempt will be made in 2019. We need to make sure that we do not conflict with student exchanges with Sevres' German sister city. We need to generate more interest from the students. The pen pal program is coming along fine. Would like to create a flyer about the pen pal program, and post information our Sister Cities web page. VIII. Open Discussion. a. Trustee Colleen E. Saccotelli thanked everybody who helped with the Celebration of Cultures Event and asked for feedback from members who attended. b. The possibility of sponsoring a scholarship of some type was discussed. c. The probable location of the 2019 French Market was discussed, considering the construction in the area will not yet be completed. This issue will come up when selling space to venders. IX.
