Call to Order 9:04 a.m.
Attendance Teresa VanOpDorp, Jill Friedrichs, Tarina Wimmer, Paul Seils,
Maura Drews, Sandy DiCaro and Vicki Busse, Kate Kelly, Haley Schechter Winkler,
Fred Steinmiller and Mike Cassady
Absent Brian Lambel, Christina Greco and Lizzet Stone Witkowski

Citizens to be Heard None
Secretary's Report Motion to approve minutes of October 6, 2018 made by Tarina Wimmer,
seconded by Haley Schechter Winkler. No discussion. Motion approved unanimously.
Finances Review
*Financial Statement still not correct. Did not accept.
Christkindlmarket
*Community Room is full. One vendor in main foyer
*Need to contact PW
*Set-up 3:00, Market runs from 4:00 until 7:00
*Will need people for both set-up and tear -down
House Decorating
*Program explained to all. Areas distributed
*Due by the end of day on December 4th
Shining Star Gala
*In Negotiations with Orchestra 33, our group would like band to play from 8:15 until 12:15 and
keep all 4 dancers
*Sponsorship Committee will meet after this meeting
*Nominations: there are currently 10-15 applications received, Teresa will reach out to schools
*MPDC: It was asked if we could get a loop on the Village cable channels
*Winners: Will again pre -record their "speech". It was recommended that we give more infor-
mation on what the award means
*Snapchat filter
*Hoping to repeat taco bar, Capannari and Nothing Bundt Cakes and cigar table. Vicki will reach
out to Andy's Custard to see if there is interest
*2 to 3 coatcheck for the first hour
New Year's Eve Eve (NYEE)
*$15 Adults; $12 Kids
*Brick City
*More than one food station, limit food choices
*Liz to contact Bizarre Entertainment
*Need Give-aways
*Do balloon drop again
*Ticket sales will only be online, goal is 200 attendees
*Sponsorship — Brian will be asked to talk to Nicholas and Associates

*General consensus to keep meetings on Saturday mornings
