R-15-18 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 309-313 W PROSPECT AVENUE WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Joe LaBelle of Rize Properties, has requested approval of a Plat of Resubdivision titled Gunnar & Mariella's Second Resubdivision for the purpose of adjusting lot lines between adjoining lots; WHEREAS, Section 15.310 of the Village Code allows for such action and the Village Staff has recommended approval of the subdivision; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the subdivision adjusts the lot line between adjoining lots of record and is hereby granted for the property at 309-313 W. Prospect Avenue, and the Gunnar and Mariella's Second Resubdivision attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution. SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law. PASSED and APPROVED this 18`hday of September,2018.
