WESTGATE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS PIN: 03.35.420-001.0000 AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: RECORDER'S BOX 324 RESOLUTION NO. 19-18 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERY LOCATED AT 201 N. WESTGATE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, Magdalena Peikarska (Petitioner) has requested approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for the purpose of creating two (2) lots of record out of one (1) parcel and granting public utility and drainage easements and includes demolishing the existing home as legally described in Exhibit "A" for the property commonly known as 201 N. Westgate Road ("Property"); and WHEREAS, the plat creates two (2) lots of record and dedicates five feet (6) wide and ten feet (10') wide public utility and drainage easements as shown in Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, the existing home and driveway shall be demolished and removed within six (6) months after approval of this resolution; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, A HOME RULE MUNICIPALITY, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision creating two (2) lot of record and granting public utility and drainage easements for property located at 201 N. Westgate, attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution. SECTION 2: That the existing structure that is currently located approximately in the center of the lot proposed herein to be subdivided, be removed within six (6) months of approval of the plat, otherwise the plat shall be considered null and void. SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law. P 0, A E 1 w 19 ; A 9 " 88 1 [no i N "I , T, T p A T T A S I p 0 HSU 81iJ 8 MIN A jN W V� RESOLUTION NO. 21-18 A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF MACKEY BUILDING CORPORATION, 1697 WEST IMPERIAL COURT, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, MAKING APPLICATION FOR A RENEWAL OF COOK COUNTY CLASS 6B TAX ABATEMENT WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect encourages community development to provide for economic growth and career opportunities; and WHEREAS, through property tax incentives offered by Cook County, various opportunities exist for industrial properties in the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County; and WHEREAS, without the Cook County property tax incentives, the Village of Mount Prospect is at a competitive disadvantage with the neighboring counties of Lake and DuPage in attracting industrial development; and WHEREAS, Mackey Building Corporation, has requested the Village of Mount Prospect support its application for Extension of the Class 6B Real Property Classification at 1697 West Imperial Court, Mount Prospect, Cook County (Property); and WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect believe that their request is in the best interest of the economic development in the Village of Mount Prospect. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby support and consent to the application for the Class 6B Renewal of a property tax reduction from 25% to 10% for years 1 through 10, 15% in year 11, and 20% in year 12 from Cook County for the Property located at 1697 West Imperial Court, and legally described as: LOT 4 AND THE WEST 40.0 FEET OF LOT 5 IN ALOGONQUIN-BUSSE INDUSTRIAL PARK, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JULY 29, 1968 AS DOCUMENT 20565713, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
