Friedrichs, Tarina Wimmer, Paul Seils, Haley Schechter Winkler, Maura Drews and Vicki Busse
Absent Sandy DiCaro, Lizzet Stone Witkowski

Citizens to be Heard None
Secretary's Report Motion to approve minutes of April 7, 2018 made by Christina Greco,
seconded by Tarina Wimmer. No discussion. Motion approved with 1 abstain.
Finances Review
*Financial Statement still not correct. Need meeting with Dave Erb to correct. No vote was taken
to accept.
4t" of July Parade
*Jill shared details to date: 21 units; 6 musical groups; expenditures $7,550; other possible
expenditures $4,930.
*New groups: Hillbilly Rockstarz and Kevin Purcell and the Root Doctors.
*Police and Public Works need to put signage and barricades on south side of Prospect Av. at the
east side of Mrs. P & Me that it is a "No Spectator Area".
*In the Informational Letter to participants make it known that there is to be no candy handed out
until Emerson St.
Bike Ride
*Saturday, August 18, 2018
Police Run
SEC has offered to man a water station, if asked.
Shining Star Gala
*Should start getting the applications ready so it's not done at the last minute.
Other Business
-Discussion held about starting a new event. Suggested: 1 k pet walk.
