Acting Chairperson Bork called the meeting to order at 3: 00 p.m.
Roll Call. Rockne Bork, Acting Chairperson
Jeanna Claussen, Commissioner
William Knee, Commissioner
Also Present: John Koziol, Chief of Police
Michael Nelson, Police Officer

The purpose of this meeting was to conduct Police Department Oral Interviews. Acting Chairperson Bork asked
for a motion to go into Closed Session at 3:02 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) -The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a
complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity
2. To conduct Police Department Oral Interviews.
A motion was made by Commissioner Knee and seconded by Commissioner Claussen.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bork, Knee, Claussen Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 10:09 p.m. with everyone present from the previous session.
A motion was made by Commissioner Claussen and seconded by Commissioner Knee to adjourn the meeting
at 10:10 P.M.
