Acting Chairperson Busse called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
Roll Call: Mark Busse, Acting Chairperson
Jeanna Claussen, Commissioner
William Knee, Commissioner
Also Present: John Dolan, Deputy Fire Chief
Dane Phenagar, Battalion Chief

CLOSED SESSION
Acting Chairperson Busse asked for a motion to go into closed session.-
1.
ession:1. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) -The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing
testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity
2. To conduct Fire Department Orad Interviews.
A motion was made by Commissioner Knee and seconded by Commissioner Claussen to go into Closed
Session at 3:08 p.m.
Roll Call: Ayes: Busse, Claussen, Knee Nays: None
At the conclusion of the interviews, the Board returned to open session with everyone present from the
previous session.
Acting Chairperson Busse asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
A motion was made by Commissioner Knee and seconded by Commissioner Claussen.
