AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR),
ARTICLE IV (REGULATION OF LICENSES) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPE'C'T ILLINOIS IN REGARD TO LOCATION OF SERVICE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 13, Article IV, Section 13.402(B) of the Mount Prospect
Village Code is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"Specific Location Prohibition: No liquor license may be issued for any premises
that is within one hundred feet (100') of any place of worship, school or hospital.
However, this prohibition shall not apply to any temporary permit issued by the
Local Liquor Control Commissioner."
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law..
