AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XX OF CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2006 of "Schedule VI - No Parking Any Time" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto in proper alphabetical sequence "Mount Prospect Rd.-West
- Btw. Central Rd. and Northwest Hwy." so that hereafter said Section 18.2006 of the
Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include the following:
"Name of Street Side of Street Description
Mount Prospect West Btw. Central Rd. and
Rd. Northwest Hwy."
SECTION -I-We: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Skowron
NAYS: Wilks, Corcoran
ABSENT: None
PASSED and APPROVED this 5 th day of October ,1999.
