AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
600 EAST RAND ROAD
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Thomas Reindl, has requested approval of a Final Plat of
Resubdivision for the purpose of consolidating two lots at 600 East Rand Road into a single lot
of record; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the resubdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That a consolidation of two lots into a single lot of record is hereby granted for
the property at 600 East Rand Road and the Final Plat of Resubdivision attached to this
Ordinance as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such
Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION TWO: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County.
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption,
approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
