AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18,
`TRAFFIC' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR
HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2006, "SCHEDULE VI — "NO PARKING ANYTIME," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting the
following:
"Name of Street
Imperial Court
Imperial Court
Side of Street
North
South
Description
Entire jurisdiction except the
first 200 feet east of
Busse Rd.
Entire jurisdiction."
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2001, SCHEDULE I, "SPEED RESTRICTIONS" of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code as amended is further amended by inserting the
following:
Direction of Speed
"Name of Street Traffic Movement Limit mph) Description
Imperial Court East and westbound 25 Entire jurisdiction."
SECTION THREE: That Section 18.2004A, SCHEDULE IV, "STOP AND YIELD SIGNS," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended, by inserting the
following:
Direction of
"Name of Street Traffic Movement
Imperial Court Westbound
At Intersection With
Busse Road."
SECTION FOUR: That Section 18.2016A, SCHEDULE XVI, "TRUCK ROUTES," of Chapter
18, "Traffic, " of the Village Code as amended, is further amended, by inserting the following:
"Name of Street Pavement Limits
Imperial Court Entire jurisdiction."
SECTION FIVE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
