AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18,
'TRAFFIC' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR
HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2006, "SCHEDULE VI — "NO PARKING ANYTIME," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting the
following:
"Name of Street Side of Street
Weiler Road West
Description

SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2001, SCHEDULE I, "SPEED RESTRICTIONS" of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code as amended is further amended by inserting the
following:
Direction of Speed

Weiler Road North and southbound 25 Entire jurisdiction."
SECTION THREE: That Section 18.2004A, SCHEDULE IV, "STOP AND YIELD SIGNS," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended, by inserting the
following:

"Name of Street Traffic Movement
Weiler Road Northbound
At Intersection With
Oakton Street."
-SECTION (FOUR: That Section 18.2016A, SCHEDULE XVI, "TRUCK ROUTES," of Chapter
18, "Traffic, " of the Village Code as amended, is further amended, by inserting the following:
"Name of Street Pavement Limits
Weiler Road Entire jurisdiction."
SECTION' FIVE; This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
