AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR),
ARTICLE II (LICENSING FOR REGULATED SERVICE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 13, Article 11, Section 13.204.1(A)(1)(b) of the Mount
Prospect Village Code is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"The licensee is prohibited from selling or offering for sale single containers of
refrigerated or chilled alcoholic beverages where the single container has a
capacity of less than twenty-two ounces (22 oz.)."
TION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
