AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS), ARTICLE IV
(REGULATION OF LICENSEES), SECTION 13.402 (LOCATION OF SERVICE)
SECTION 13.406 (FIGHTING PROHIBITED; LICENSEE'S CONDUCT) OF THE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 13, Article IV, Section 13.406(D)(2) of the Mount Prospect Village
Code is hereby amended by modifying the first sentence of said section to read as follows:
"2. In addition, within forty eight (48) hours of ankh --occurrence reasonably
related to the service of alcohol, the licensee shall file with the local liquor control
commissioner a report on a form provided by the village containing the following
information:"
SECTION 2: Chapter 13, Article IV, Section 13.402(A) of the Mount Prospect Village
Code is hereby amended by modifying said section to read as follows:
"A. Location Specified On License: No liquor shall be served, offered for sale,
kept for sale, displayed or advertised for sale or delivered to any person except
at the exact location described in the liquor license. Therloeat

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
