AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18,
`TRAFFIC' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR
HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2003, SCHEDULE III "ONE-WAY STREETS," of Chapter
18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended, by altering the following
existing ordinance:
"Name of Street Direction of Traffic Movement Description
Oneida Lane Northbound School hours btw. Wintergreen Ave.
(extended) and Aztec Ln. (exempts
school buses)."
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2009C, "SCHEDULE IX — "PARKING DURING SCHOOL
HOURS," of Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended by
inserting the following:
"Name of Street Side of Street Descri tion
Aspen Drive East Btw. Maya Ln. and the school's
entrance driveway, 3:00 p.m. to
4:00 p.m.(pick-up zone)."
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
