Chairperson Skowron called the meeting to order at 2:46 p.m.
Roll Call.., James Powers, Chairperson
Mark Busse, Commissioner
Rockne Bork, Commissioner

The purpose of this meeting was to conduct Police Department Oral Interviews. Chairperson Powers asked for a
motion to go into Closed Session,
CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Busse and seconded by Commissioner Bork to go into Closed Session
at 2:47 p.m. to conduct oral interviews under Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) - The appointment, employment,
compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing
testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.
Roll Call: Ayes: Busse, Bork, Powers Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 9:35 p.m. with everyone present from the previous session.
Chairperson Powers asked for a motion to act on the recommendation made in Closed Session to remove two
individuals from the eligibility list.
A motion was made by Commissioner Busse and seconded by Commissioner Bork to remove Christopher
Ryva and Joshua Marshall from further consideration.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bork, Busse, Powers Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Busse to adjourn the meeting at
9:39 p.m.
